If the operator cannot resolve your issue, they will escalate to our Resolution Center, where we will get back to you within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days). Our Resolution Center is open M-F 8am-5pm CST.
If it is a question that is regarding payment then your inquiry may be sent to our Accounting Department. A response will be provided usually within 24 hrs during M-F. If your ticket is escalated on Sat or Sun someone will respond on Monday.
