Non-Gold Members: 1st payments are processed 10-16 days after your request, on Wednesdays each week. After submitting your first payment request, it takes 10-16 days to cycle through the verification process before the check can be issued. A check needs to be requested by the end of the day on a Sunday (11:59 p.m. CST) in order to process in 10 days.
If a Wednesday falls on a national holiday, payments are issued on the next working business day.
Gold Members: Checks are processed on Wednesday if the Gold Member requested a payment by Sunday 11:59p.m. CST.
Checks are mailed through the U. S. Postal Service and should typically arrive within a few business days.
Please allow up to two weeks for your check to arrive. Delivery time depends on many factors, including your geographic location, seasonal increases in mail volume, and totally dependent upon the U.S. Postal Service.
If you have not received your payment, click on "My Account" and "My Profile" and scroll down to "Payment History" to ensure your payment was processed. If so, please allow delivery time from your post office, and/or check with them to ensure your mail is being delivered.
You can find the date your payment was processed and mailed on your Member Profile page.
When it has been processed it will state: Processed and Date Paid and will indicate Check or ePayment.
If you select the ePayment option you will receive an email marked SendEarnings Payment that will include a redemption link and code the same day your payment is processed. This is sent to the email on file at the time you requested payment.
